As a convenience to the owners, we offer you the opportunity to pay your Stuart Creek Farms Home Owners Association fees online.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this feature.

 

Please note that the current 2012 budget had an increase in the quarterly dues.  A copy of the new budget can be found on the Documents Page.
 

The current Quarterly Dues fee is $266, due the following dates if paid Quarterly: 

 

Q1 - 2012  Due January 15, 2012.  Late fee date is January 30, 2012.

Q2 - 2012  Due April 15, 2012.  Late fee date is April 30, 2012.

Q3 - 2012  Due July 15, 2012.  Late fee date is July 30, 2012.

Q4 - 2012  Due October 15, 2012.  Late fee date is October 30, 2012.

 

When making a payment, please notate your home's number and street name, and enter your account number from your quarterly invoice. (If you don't have your account number you can still make a payment).
