Please note that the Upper Dublin Township is replacing the underground drain pipes in the field area between Creek and Tupelo. This is not costing the HOA any money, as this is a pipe under the control of the township.

| Increase of Capital Contribution Fee |

As a result of the continued need to generate funds to make necessary improvements in the community, it was voted on and passed at the May 17th Board meeting to raise the fees for the Capital Contribution at Stuart Creek from $750 to $1000, effective immediately. |
