The excavation company has informed us that work will commence sometime between 9/1/2010 and 10/15/2010.  The work has been delayed due to the high heat and drought.  Apparently it would be too hot to reseed the areas that are affected. 

 

The Township Engineer will be dispatching a Survey Crew to take some elevations of the Stuart Creek as it passes through the Stuart Farm Creek Development for the purpose of evaluating the potential of stormwater storage within the creek area.

 

As a result of the continued need to generate funds to make necessary improvements in the community, it was voted on and passed at the May 17th Board meeting to raise the fees for the Capital Contribution at Stuart Creek from $750 to $1000, effective immediately.
